An exercise is a task for students to do. It’s something active, like write a program, or analyze a data set.
Authors create exercises. They also create exercise rubrics. A rubric is a set of criteria for assessing students’ solutions to an exercise. A rubric is made up of rubric items. Different exercises can use the same rubric items.
Authors can also give model solutions for exercises. The model solutions are available only to instructors and graders.
Authors embed exercises in pages.
